This agreement is a supplement to the BetterMe Terms of Use and forms an integral part thereof. In case of conflict, the provisions of this agreement regarding auto-renewable subscriptions shall prevail.
Scope
This agreement applies only to auto-renewable subscription services for BetterMe (Bundle ID: com.itshareu.habit), including:
- BetterMe Pro Monthly (auto-renewable, 1-month billing period)
- BetterMe Pro Annual (auto-renewable, 1-year billing period)
The Lifetime purchase is a non-consumable one-time purchase and is not an auto-renewable service. This agreement does not apply to it.
1. Auto-Renewal Service
The auto-renewal service provides automatic renewal of your BetterMe Pro membership. By enabling this service, you authorize the BetterMe developer to charge your Apple ID–linked iTunes / App Store account (the "Account") for the next billing period before your current membership expires.
This service requires a valid Apple ID with a linked App Store payment method and sufficient funds. If payment fails due to insufficient balance or other reasons, we may suspend or terminate your membership.
- Payment: Your iTunes / App Store account will be charged upon purchase confirmation
- Renewal: Your account will be charged within 24 hours before the current period ends; upon successful payment, the subscription extends by one billing period
- Cancel Renewal: To cancel, turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled in advance
- Refunds: Except as required by law or this agreement, fees already charged are non-refundable
2. How to Cancel Auto-Renewal
For Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Open iPhone Settings
- Tap your Apple ID (profile at the top)
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select BetterMe Pro Monthly or BetterMe Pro Annual
- Tap Cancel Subscription
You can also tap "Cancel Subscription" on the in-app subscription page to jump directly to Apple's subscription management.
3. Pricing and Adjustments
Subscription prices are as displayed on the in-app purchase page and App Store localized pricing. We reserve the right to adjust the duration, price, and related terms of auto-renewable subscriptions as our products and services evolve.
4. Agreement Updates
We may update this agreement at any time. Updated terms supersede previous versions upon publication. If you do not accept the revised terms, please stop using the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
